Before joining Jiwaji Law, Olivia articled at a preeminent Vancouver business law and commercial litigation boutique, where she gained experience in a range of corporate and commercial matters, including business acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, commercial real estate transactions, and complex commercial agreements. Working alongside both solicitors and litigators, she developed a strong foundation in corporate and commercial law and an appreciation for the practical considerations that shape business decisions.
Prior to pursuing a career in law, Olivia worked in marketing and social media, gaining experience in influencer relations, content creation, and digital marketing. This background gives her a unique perspective on the commercial and contractual considerations facing businesses, brands, and entrepreneurs, particularly those operating in the evolving digital and creative industries.
Raised in North Vancouver, Olivia graduated from Thompson Rivers University Faculty of Law in 2025, where she served as Secretary of the TRU Society of Law Students and Co-Vice President of Marketing for TRU Women in Law. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Communications from the University of Ottawa.
